CPA Tonight!

Tonight at 7:00 PM we will gather at Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church (801 8th St, West Palm Beach, FL 33401) for this year's Community Problem Assembly. We will hear updates on this year's issues and engage 2024 Palm Beach Board of County Commissioner candidates on the issue of affordable housing. Pastor Jason will be sharing a reflection. If you would like to carpool from the church, a group will be leaving from there at 6:15.

Our Enneagram Journey class begins this Thursday evening at 7:00 PM. This week we will meet on Zoom only. From there we will figure out who might want to meet in person. We will email the link and materials to everyone who has signed up. If you haven't yet signed up, you can do so here.

We are diggin deep into how we might practice treating one one another, even and espcially those with whom we disagree. You can wath the services here.

We are working to extend the conversation beyond Sunday morning. We have a devotional and journal that goes along with the series. You can find it here. There are also daily reminders for reflection that can be found on "The Daily" on our app (on the Apple App Store and Google Play)and on our website.

Join us next Sunday, October 20 at 10:30 on-site at the campus of Iglesia Adventista del Séptimo Día at 1415 North K ST in Lake Worth Beach or online at lakeworthucc.org/DUO. It will be an experience of inspiring music, practical teaching, and a warm welcome.

The last justice ministry house meeting of the year will be Saturday, November 9th at 2:00 PM, location to be determined. You have one more opportunity to share your story and learn how we are working together with other faith congregations to find and implement solutions to problems facing our county.

Beginning Wedensday, October 9th at 7:00 PM and for the following three weeks, we will be digging into how we put "Do Unto Others" into practice during our Together group. You can join us in the church meeting room and here on Zoom at 7:00 PM. You can find a copy of the material here.
