The 2024 Nehemiah Action will be tonight April 8th at 7:00 PM. It is our annual opportunity to gather with over 1500 members and friends from 20 faith communities in Palm Beach County to hold our elected officials accountable for problems in our community including mental health, police and community relations, and affordable housing. For the first time ever, Sheriff Bradshaw HAS committed to being at the action to answer questions regarding the collection of data for all traffic stops.

Sunday, April 14th, we begin a new worship series, Living Post-Resurrection. Together, we'll ponder what the resurrection might have to do with us and search for the risen Christ in modern life.

Gather Potluck Lunch Sunday 4/15

Our United Church of Christ is a denomination that is on the forefront of applying our faith to national and global issues. The Justice and Peace Action Network (JPANet) is our denomination’s grassroots advocacy network composed of individual members and local UCC congregations across the country. The JPANet both educates and engages its members in shaping public policy and keeping with God’s vision of a just and loving society. Our work is grounded in General Synod resolutions, consonant with historic UCC witness, and formed by a biblical understanding of prophetic ministry.

Each month, they publish an article unpacking the complex justice issues that they're working on. In April, the Global Ministries and UCC DC Office staff offer perspectives on the many ongoing crises around the globe. This is a great summary and tool for prayer. You can find it here.

In the spirit of fellowship, gather a group for April 13th and enjoy time together watching students perform live on stage.
