Life Groups

This Sunday is the last opportunity to sign up for a Life Group beginning in October. We have some fabulous ways to grow in many aspects of your life. You will be exposed to some great ideas and wonderful conversation as you gather with people with similar interests including personal finance, dreams, cooking, and "just eating." Check out our website for more information or join us on Sunday as facilitators and participants share about their experiences participating in Life Groups.
Having Heart

This Sunday we continued our "Living in Color" series by exploring the Tin Man's (and our) sometimes lack of heart. We looked at what scripture says about the importance of the heart and how we can best nurture ours. We were also treated to a a great performance of "You Gotta Have Heart" by our choir. You can see the service here.

Peanut Butter Love

200 jars of peanut butter is our goal for families in need in Palm Beach County. After our fourth week, we are at 188 jars - thank you! Let's bring it home this week! Find out more here

Your Dreams Are Alive!

Our own Dr. John Button will be offering a 6-session group based on his new book Your Dreams Are Alive! Take a look at our website for more information.

Holiday Cooking Class

Do you love the holidays but hate cooking?

Starting in October thru December there will be a cooking class that will teach basic cooking skills, unique quick, easy and fun ideas for the holidays with quick holiday gifts and treats too. The cost will be $10 per class and will  run for 8 weeks starting on October 9th. The class will be taught by our own Christopher Lepard, a graduate of the American Culinary Institute and chef for over 32 years. You can sign up for one or all 8. See the website for a list of classes.

Online Giving

Have you explored the opportunity of electronic giving? You can choose to have a set amount taken from your bank account on a regular basis or you can make a one (or more) time gift by checking account or credit card on our website. Your regular electronic giving means that your gift is available for ministry even when you are away (or forgot your checkbook!). Thank you for your continued support of the ministry of First Congregational Church!
