Life@First Congregational - New Series Begins Sunday

 This Sunday we begin a brand new series that has the potential to make a positive difference in your life. We talk a lot about the freedom, peace, love and joy that come from a relationship with God, but much of the time we don't experience any of that. We just think it's supposed to happen and when it doesn't happen for us we either feel guilty about it, beat ourselves up, get mad, or sometimes give up hope.
For the next few weeks, we are going to explore together the traditions of our faith that can help us experience everything that God has to offer us. If you or someone you know wants to learn more about Christianity as a spiritual path, this series is just for you.
To help kick it off this Sunday, Gregory Johnson who just finished playing the role of Jim in the Lake Worth Playhouse's production of Big River will be with us to share with us some songs from that show. You won't want to miss it! |
