Welcome! We're excited about finally launching our weekly e-newsletter as another way to foster connectedness between the members and friends of First Congregational Church of Lake Worth. The purpose of this short communication each week is to keep you up-to-date on what is happening at the church and how the church is happening in our community. You will also find convenient links to audio and video versions of each week's message as well as encouragement for your spiritual journey. We would love your help to take this from communication to community by responding to what you read here either by emailing me at pastor@fcclw.org or joining our discussion forum. Big House Goes Live Next Friday!
 Next Friday, June 27th at 7:00 PM will be the debut of our brand-new ministry to children and families, Big House. Between now and then, we will be out in the neighborhood this week canvassing the neighborhood with door hangers, and making some trips to the beach and parks to meet some children and let them know about an evening filled with crazy characters, great music, and the message of God's love for and acceptance of them. We still need some help to make this a great event for our community. If you are available on June 27th, beginning at 6:00 PM, we could use your help in hosting our community by facilitating refreshments and some pre-show activities. Let Carol or Jason know if you can help. And help us get the word out! Tell your kids and grandkids and friends and neighbors and anyone else you come in contact with in the next few days about a brand-new kind of "church" that they will be sure to love! This Week's Message Wild at Heart This Sunday we wrapped up our "Desperate Households" series by exploring five secrets of a man's soul: the wild one whose image we bear, the question we ask ourselves, the wound we all endure, the healing available to us, and the adventure we can live.
